Bulk changes to multiple records is a great productivity tool in Fortix. This article explains how to add or remove tags to multiple records in Contacts at once.
Open the Contacts Page
Address bar Link: /?customers
Click the Tick boxes of all the Contacts that will be changed. Then Click the Actions Menu option – three dots or three lines.
Maximum of 1,000 records can be changed at once.

Select the Assign Tags option from the Actions Menu.

The Tags page opens with the ASSIGN TAGS form. Select the Tag to assign by choosing from the dropdown menu by Clicking in the Tick box. Choose between Assign and Remove to add or remove Tags.

If a New Tag is required, Click the plus sign next to the Tags box to Add Tag.

Add the Name and choose a Colour from the Colour Picker palette for the New Tag. Click SAVE to commit the changes to the system

Note that the four contacts that have been selected, will all be assigned the selected Tags as well as the newly added Tag.
Click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.

In the Contact list view, all the selected contacts now have the Tags assigned to them.

To Remove Tags from multiple records, select the records by ticking in the tick boxes. Choose Assign Tags from the More Menu.

Select the Tag to Remove by Clicking in the Tick box in the drop-down list. Also, make sure to Tick the button next to Remove.
Click the SAVE button to commit the changes to the system.

The VIP Tag has been removed from the selected Contacts. Also, the filter “Seminar” has been used in the column “TAGS” to display only the “Seminar” Tags.
