Your marketing list is the core of running a successful marketing campaign. It can include any one type of customer record, such as prospects or contacts. This article will explain how to create a Marketing List in Fortix.
Access the ADD NEW LIST creation form by clicking on BUS DEV in the main header bar, then Marketing Lists. A list of your current Marketing lists will display. Scroll over to the right-hand side of the MARKETING LISTSHeading bar and click on Add New
The ADD NEW LIST creation form is ready for you to generate your specific Marketing List. Enter the Name of your list as well as a description of the purpose for this list.
Define the type of list you are generating by clicking on the drop down arrow of List Type on the right-hand side of the form. If you are creating a new type of list click on the pencil to add to the list.
Click on the highlighted + to add another List Type. Click SAVE when finished.
The New List Type is now displaying in the Picklist.
If only the Main Contact person of each company should receive this email then Click Yes. Else No.
Refining your list per Country is you have an international interest.
When you’re targeting only contacts in Western Australia, you should have selected Australia as the Country on the left-hand side, else a list of states of the whole world is displayed.
The next option enables you to refine your audience even more.
Refine by a specific Company in your database. You might want to extend an invitation to all the employees you have trained at a large International company.
Filtering on the Industry who are most likely to need or want your products and services, you can focus your marketing efforts where they have the highest chance of achieving results. Click on the down arrow to select the industry that your mail out will target.
To Create your New Marketing List, Click CREATE LIST.
