Fortix systems have Picklists which are selection lists used to populate the Payments Received data input field in Projects with one of a number of predefined values. This article explains how to create a Payments Received Picklist.
Click Payment Received tab under FINANCE section on the Picklist page.
The Picklists – Payment Received page opens with a list of Payment Received. Click Add New to Add another Payment Received.
The address bar link is : /?codelists&cl=payment_received
Add the new Payment Received, Order of display in the list and if it should be a Default status. Click the down arrow in the Profile field and select which company Profile this Payments Received will be visible to. Refer article How to create a Profile. Only records belonging to the assigned Profile will see the Payment Received.
Click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
Payment Received can be Edited by clicking on the underlined Payment Received. Click Delete at the end of the row to Remove the Payment Received.
