Fortix enables users to be self-sufficient by enabling them to take control of their personal data like changing their password.
All changes are tracked by the changelog, so it is totally transparent. This frees up valuable time and prevents miscommunications.
There are three different ways to access the EDIT USER form to change a password.
Click on the Profile photo or circle on the right-hand side. This can be accessed no matter what page you are on in the system. Click My Profile

This opens the EDIT USER Form where users can update their own personal information relating to their role and employment.

Scroll down to the System Login Details section. Enter the Password and Repeat Password. Adding a Password Change Reason is compulsory.

The second option is to access the matrix menu icon on the right-hand side of the Fortix system for users to access their allowed system settings and appearance changes. Click on the Matrix icon.

Click on the User icon.

This opens the EDIT USER Form where users can update their own personal information relating to their role and employment.

The third option is to Click on OUR TEAM in the Main message Heading, then Click Users

A list of registered users is displayed. Select the user that needs to be updated, by clicking on their name. This will open he EDIT USER form. Alternatively, Click on the down arrow on the right-hand side in the user row that needs to be edited. Click Edit User Details.
Do not click Edit Personal Details as this opens up a different form with totally different details.
