Reminder status in Fortix is one method of addressing the priority or importance of a reminder. This article explains how to create a Reminder Status Picklist.
Click Reminder Statuses tab under Work section in the Picklists Menu page.

The Picklists – Reminder Statuses page opens with a list of Reminder STATUSES. Click Add New to Add another Reminder Status.
Add the new Reminder Status, Colour for the Reminder, Order of display in the list and if it should be a Default status.
Assigned E-mail by selecting from the list of pre-configured messages in system email.
The Process In and Process Out assist with the “Next step” in the opportunity life cycle and could be automated. It can automatically trigger some processes in Fortix when a certain status is activated.
Extended ID is used as a system field and should be ignored.
