How to receive email Notification about Work Requests

Users can receive Automated Notifications in their mailbox with regards to the activity of their team and progress on Work Requests.

All changes are tracked by the changelog, so it is transparent. This frees up valuable time and prevents miscommunications.

There are three different ways to access the EDIT USER form and setup Notifications.

My Profile Access

Click on the Profile photo or circle on the right-hand side. This can be accessed no matter what page you are on in the system. Click My Profile.

This opens the EDIT USER Form where users can update their own personal information relating to their role and employment.

Scroll down to the Notifications section. The Click the radio button for Yes or No:

  1. Email Notifications for new Team Messages – Get Notified of new team messages via email
  2. Email Notifications for new Workflow Notifications  –   Get Notified about new workflow notifications via email
  3. Work Requests Workflow Notifications – Get Notified of updates in work requests via workflow notifications
  4. Work Requests Email Notifications –   Get Notified of updates in work requests via email
  5. Daily Work Report E-mail Notifications –   Receive daily summary of pending work via email

Matrix Menu Access

The second option is to access the matrix menu icon on the right-hand side of the Fortix system for users to access their allowed system settings and appearance changes. Click on the Matrix icon.

Click on the User icon.

This opens the EDIT USER Form where users can update their personal information relating to their role and employment.

Scroll down to the Notifications section. The Click the radio button for Yes or No:

  1. Email Notifications for new Team Messages – Get Notified of new team messages via email
  2. Email Notifications for new Workflow Notifications  –   Get Notified about new workflow notifications via email
  3. Work Requests Workflow Notifications – Get Notified of updates in work requests via workflow notifications
  4. Work Requests Email Notifications –   Get Notified of updates in work requests via email
  5. Daily Work Report E-mail Notifications –   Receive daily summary of pending work via email

Menu Navigation Access

The third option is to Click on OUR TEAM in the Main message Heading, then Click Users

A list of registered users is displayed. Select the user that needs to be updated, by clicking on their name. This will open the EDIT USER form. Alternatively, Click on the down arrow on the right-hand side in the user row that needs to be edited. Click Edit User Details.

Do not click Edit Personal Details as this opens up a different form with totally different details.

This opens the EDIT USER Form where users can update their own personal information relating to their role and employment.

Scroll down to the Notifications section. The Click the radio button for Yes or No:

  1. Email Notifications for new Team Messages – Get Notified of new team messages via email
  2. Email Notifications for new Workflow Notifications  –   Get Notified about new workflow notifications via email
  3. Work Requests Workflow Notifications – Get Notified of updates in work requests via workflow notifications
  4. Work Requests Email Notifications –   Get Notified of updates in work requests via email
  5. Daily Work Report E-mail Notifications –   Receive daily summary of pending work via email
