As an integrated system that focuses on user experience, Fortix emphasises the significance of icons in its default state. There are two (2) contact icons which users will find across the system (refer to the circled images below):
Contact Icon
This icon indicates that the information is related to a Contact in the system. It will appear in various areas of the system when a logo has not been assigned to the Contact itself (Customer, Supplier, Partner).
To update this icon, go the relevant Contact and Edit. Next, you can either click on the icon itself or on the Assign Picture icon shown below:
Upload the image in either .png or .jpg format, and it will appear for editing as displayed below:
Clicking Save will now replace the default Contact Icon with the newly uploaded image:
Contact Person Icon
This icon signifies details pertaining to a Person that is connected to a Contact. Similar to the above, this icon will appear when the Contact Person’s image has not been uploaded into the system. Note that there are Contact Persons in the CRM and also in Users:
To update this icon, go the relevant Contact Person or User and Edit. Next, you can either click on the icon itself or on the Assign Picture icon shown below:
Upload the image in either .png or .jpg format, and it will appear for editing as displayed below:
Pressing Save will upload the new image for display across the system:
