Opportunity User Targets Report can provide valuable insights that can improve your sales process. Your pipeline analysis report or Opportunity User Targets Report allows you to check the health of your sales pipeline.
Identify strengths and weaknesses over a specific time frame and adjust your strategy accordingly. This report allows you to set targets for your sales team to manage their pipeline, calls, meetings and sales.
This article explains how to use the Opportunity User Targets Report.
The quick shortcut is: /?opportunity_user_targets_report
Click on Opportunity User Targets Report icon under CRM REPORTS in the REPORTS heading to access the Opportunity User Targets Report.

Click the down arrow in the Time Period Month and select the month you want to view the Opportunity User Targets Report.
Click SHOW REPORT to activate the filters and see the Opportunity User Targets Report.
The Opportunity User Targets Report shows the list of USER TARGETS for that time period. To add or edit the targets, click Manage Targets on the right-hand side.
Select a date where new user targets need to be added or changed. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action tab and select Edit.
The Opportunities EDIT USER TARGETS open with the list of current users and their targets. Click the plus sign to add a new user with targets.
Complete the fields and click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
To add a new Date with Targets, click Add New in the Opportunities – USER TARGETS form.
The Opportunities – ADD NEW USER TARGETS form opens. Click on the date and use the date picker to select the Valid From date.
Click the User Targets plus sign to add the users targets.
The Opportunities EDIT USER TARGETS opens. Click the plus sign to add a new user with targets. Complete the fields and click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
The new date period with user targets as now been added.
