A quote is an offer to do a job for a specified price. The Approval date is the day the client has approved the quote. The delivery date is the day your business commits to delivering the job quoted for. However, forecasting sales transaction that is expected to be approved or delivered is not an exact science. Thus, Fortix provides an Estimate date to facilitate the forecasting of sales.

Navigate to the Quotes page where a list of current quotes is displayed with the Estimate Approval and Estimated Delivery Dates in the list view.

To edit the Estimate Approval and Estimated Delivery Dates, click on a quote to edit.
Scroll down to find the Estimate Approval and Estimated Delivery Dates. Click on the field to change the date by using the date picker.
To change multiple records simultaneously, ensure that all the records are selected by having the tick boxes enabled in the rows that need to be updated. Then click on the More option at the top of the row.
Choose the date that needs to change.
Use the Date picker to change the date. Click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
